SQL Pass Summit 2012 is once again being held in Seattle, WA on November 6-9 2012. This is an extremely worthwhile summit to go to from a SQL Server technical point of view. If you have any training budget for the second half of 2012 and you can influence your boss to let you go, you will not be disappointed with what you get out of this conference.
